All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — temperature-sensitive research materials that cannot be restocked, resold, or reused — all sales are final.
All products are sold strictly for research, laboratory, or analytical purposes only. Products are not for human or animal consumption, not for human or veterinary use, and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, cosmetic, or personal use.
For safety, regulatory, and compliance reasons, Arista Peptides does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed to the carrier.

If the carrier shows ‘Delivered’ but you did not receive the package, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan time so we can assist with carrier trace steps.

All resolutions are handled case-by-case at the sole discretion of Arista Peptides. No return, replacement, credit, or refund is guaranteed unless approved in writing by Arista Peptides.
No Unauthorized Returns
Do not send any product back to Arista Peptides without written authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender. Acceptance of any returned package does not guarantee refund, credit, exchange, or replacement.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in reviewing the issue and, when appropriate, filing a claim with the carrier.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Arista Peptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or unsecured packages.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
